Visitation of Bishop Drainey
This is a reminder that Bishop Drainey will be present at all Masses in St Wilfrid's Church on Sunday 17th May. It would be good to impress the bishop with a large congregation.

I attended the noon Mass yesterday. I would like to make two points. The choir sang Missa de Angelis and Credo 3. All well known and the congregation tried to join in but it would have been helpful if the relevant numbers in Laudate hymnbooks had been on the Hymn board. I showed them to a couple near me so they had the words AND music to follow. Secondly, the organ was beautiful while accompanying the choir but far too loud for the congregational singing. It drowned us. A bit less power please. These are minor points I know. Overall the Mass was beautiful.
